Looking For a Room for Rent West Side

I am currently looking for an interdependent masseuse who is willing to rent me a room for a day a week ( more or less). Looking for something on the West side of town ( guy concordia, atwater, lionel-groulx, verdun, lasalle ect. ). Payments made per client or day would be great since I will not be needing the room a hole lot ( maybe not every week depending on requests ) I will be seeing only my regular clientele. Since I have not been working I do not have a hole lot of money and cannot commit to monthly payments.

I am 26, currently a stay at home going to school part time, I stopped massaging while pregnant after working more then 6 years in the massage bushiness. I am clean, respectful, discrete and reliable. I will not be a bother.

I have worked independently for around 3 years and I am not interested in working for a parlor.
