Did a little night tour of a couple of budget spots which might appeal to those who appreciate the seamy side of life. VIPs Amon seems to be dying for reasons I don't know anything about. The place next door, however, which I will call Jet Set #1, is pretty lively, with a bar now and even a couple of spinners, though the 'big' girls were more numerous.
Las Margaritas has remodeled yet again, with more comfy chairs and the bar moved closer to the stage. I wasn't impressed with most of the dancers but a couple were pretty good.
A block to the West is an interesting place called the Bar Argentina. Inexpensive, low key and at least one or two girls most of us would consider 'acceptable.' Jet Set 1 and Argentina are both just a little over $20 for a half hour, Margaritas more but I didn't ask.
Oh, and the Molino Rojo was so so, rather quiet for a Sat. night. The talent was fair, about the same level and number as Jet Set 1. Over and out.
