LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - The owner of a massage parlor accused of having sexual contact with customers, will go before the Massage Therapy Technical Advisory Committee on May 19, to determine if their license will be renewed.
This comes after Little Rock Police detectives discovered that employees at Lily Massage were having sexual contact with customers.
Police arrested Fan Jinmei, 49, after police said a detective was given a massage and she engaged in sexual contact with him.
Now the parlor has closed, and nearby businesses hope their license isn't renewed, and another business will come in and boost customers.
"She denied knowing that the women were doing that do i believe she knew they were doing it, absolutely, i absolutely believe she knew they were doing it," said Rock City Vapes Owner Douglas Shrader.
