Man accused of fondling massage client in Millbrae

A masseuse was arrested on suspicion of sexual battery after fondling a woman inappropriately at a spa in Millbrae, officials said.


The victim, a 40-year-old woman, was getting a massage at the Four Seasons Foot Spa at 106 Park Place about 2:15 p.m. Tuesday when the alleged battery occurred.


The woman called 911 and said the masseuse, 51-year-old Shidong Li of Monterey, had touched her inappropriately, according to the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office.


Li was arrested at the spa and booked into Maguine Correctional Facility in Redwood City, said Detective Salvadore Zuno, a sheriff’s spokesman.


Anyone with information on the case is asked to call detectives at (650) 259-2417 or an anonymous tip line at (800) 547-2700.


The spa did not immediately return a call for comment.
