A Baker man arrested Monday is accused of sexual battery on a woman at the massage parlor where he was working.
Pondexter Kelly, 43, was giving the woman a massage at the time, according to his arrest warrant filed by the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff's Office.
The victim told deputies she froze up and cried while facing down on the massage table until the massage was over. She felt pain and went to the hospital, where a rape kit was collected.
She also showed deputies text messages she received from Kelly after the incident in which he told her "If you ever want an 'enhanced' service like tonight, just text or tell me to enhance it."
When questioned by deputies later, Kelly denied sexually assaulting the woman, saying he gave her a normal massage. He also said he did not remember the text messages, according to the arrest warrant.
Kelly, of 4212 Ironwood Ave., Baker, was booked Monday into Parish Prison on a count of forcible sexual battery.
