up to the day before the fight you could do normal sports (not too deep tissue or she may be sore for the fight - i would stop that a week out) about 30min-5 min before she is due out you would probably best work out a good 10-15 sports sequence that gets her muscles and tendons and ligaments ready. Best try this a few tiimes before training so that she can feed back what works and what doesn't. I used do thai and my mate trains fighters so if you want any more info (just my personal opinions tho ;-) just ask me.
