If you're looking for kinky mpas why not just ask an mpa that you like if she'd do X, Y or Z with you? Without giving much more details how can we help because kinky is a very broad term.

At the end of the day I'm sure MPAs have heard plenty of weird requests so yours can't be any stranger. I was surprised when an mpa told me she has a client who likes it when she pees on him.
