My cousin talks to some guy she met in a chat room?

We're from America. She's 13 and met a canadian guy thats two years older than her on omegle. I was the one that told her omegle was funny because you could find weird people on there, but I caught her going on there and seriously trying to meet people. She was talking about her interests, sounding like she wanted to impress them. I went to her house and saw that on skype she had like 10 contacts from malaysia, canada, austrailia, etc. She video chats with one of them all the time. Even when I go over she'll ignore me and talk to him. One time I got annoyed so I called my friend and said "Yeah, she's talking on skype with some guy from canada. She met him in a chat room." And then she started laughing and did a small dance in her chair which is what she does when she's nervous. And when she talks to him she's really loud and kind of fake. What do I tell her? Why is she even doing something like this?
No, I'm not jealous ya jackwagon. I have friends in real life so why would I need internet friends? I asked this question out of concern. She is my cousin after all.
