About a month ago, my Facebook chat notification sound stopped working. The option for playing the sound when new messages appear, is turned on. I was wondering if it is my browser that is the problem or something else. I am on Firefox 3.5. And if you are asking yourself why I care about the sounds, it is very hard to keep up with conversations when I am in a different tab. Not being prompted to respond to a friend is not convenient.
