NASHVILLE, Tenn.--The Tennessee Massage Licensure Board has revoked the license of a massage therapist who owns facilities in Nashville and Clarksville for sexual misconduct and attempts to sexualize relationships with patients.

According to the board order against Tarek Mentouri, Mentouri owned Metro Copay in Nashville located on 1801 Glade Street and Metro Copay in Clarksville located at 3726 Nadria Drive.
The order states Mentouri, who has had a license since 2016, would at times advertise his services online, stating among other things clients could be fully nude without a drape and he would massage clients' "inner thighs, glutes, and lower abs excessively."

The ads also stated he would allow clients to massage him during sessions and "discretion is important."
Mentouri took things further in November 2017 when according to the order, a woman asked him for a drape but he did not give her one, leaving her in her bra and underwear. He then allegedly asked the woman if she had been kissed on her feet and to tell him about the experience. He also got under the massage table while touching her feet during the session.
Months later, in February 2018, the order states a different female at the Brentwood location was touched on her breasts by Mentouri. He allegedly removed his shirt and laid on the floor while massaging her scalp and touched his genitals.
Last month, the board revoked his license and the licenses of both Metro Copay locations.
