New client with lots of possible CI's

Hello! Me again! Needing lots of advice today!

I've just had a call from a new client who is a heart patient, type 1 diabetic and has HBP. [&:]

Now, I don't strictly believe in contraindications but at the same time I don't want to put my clients at any risk. As yet I don't know what the heart problem is but that she takes 18 tablets a day for her various conditions. I explained about the need to test blood sugar levels before and after the treatment and that I would need details of all the medication.

I am happy with the diabetes and the HBP, but I wondered if anyone could give me some advice on heart conditions. I'd like to know when you would and wouldn't treat. What conditions are fine and what would you count as contraindications or get GP approval for (although I've found it impossible to get an answer from a GP before, and I know this has been discussed on here that GP's would find it an insult to be asked as WE should be taking responsibility for our patient).
