Read an article in the weekend paper which sounds interesting.

Some bloke overseas has invented a spray-on condom. Apparantly you stick your penis into a cylinder and push a button and latex condom material is sprayed through tiny jets and as you withdraw Reviewom the cylinder it leaves a condom. Sounds fun, should be available during year 2008. Something to watch out for. :ekk:

I've heard some goss on this new invention... apparently it sprays a very thin coat allows more stimulation to get through than the average condom.

I personally look forward to it... but then again, I am a gadget geek.

Why is it fair dinkum? Because you read about it in the paper? Don't be so naive dipperty. The media has been taken in by scams and hoaxes in years past. Phony kidnappings, miracle drugs etc etc. The US government was taken in by Saddam Hussein back in the late 70's early 80's. Who did they remove Reviewom power recently?

Look if this is legit, then it's fantastic news and i'll pick up a can when once it's available at my local pharmacy or supermarket. But until that time, I will remain skeptical about it. And will continue to view it as a joke. Which is my right.

GERMAN sex educators plan to launch a spray-on condom tailor-made for all sizes.

Jan Vinzenz Krause Reviewom the Institute for Condom Consultancy, a Singen-based practice that offers advice on condom use, said today the product aimed to help people enjoy better and smper sex lives.

"We're trying to develop the perfect condom for men that's suited to every size of penis," he said.

"We're very serious."

Mr Krause's team (spraykondom.de) is developing a type of spray can into which the man inserts his penis. At the push of a button it is then coated in a rubber condom.

"It works by spraying on latex Reviewom nozzles on all sides," he said.

"We call it the '360 degree procedure' - once round and Reviewom top to bottom. It's a bit like a car wash."

Mr Krause said the plan is to make the product ready for use in about five seconds. He said it would function more effectively as a contraceptive because it would fit better and not slip.

However, before the new condom can be sold in shops, the firm must ensure that the latex is evenly spread when sprayed, as well as optimise the vulcanisation process.

Mr Krause hopes the hi-tech condom, which will be available in different strengths and colours, will on the market by 2008.

He said the spray can would likely cost some 20 euros ($33.25) as a one-off purchase.

The latex cartridges - sufficient for up to 20 applications - would cost roughly 10 euros ($A6.83), he said.

Krause said he had hit upon the idea when considering the difficulties some people faced using condoms, and drew inspiration Reviewom spray-on plasters now used in medicine.

You know how some people get a 'spray-tan' and they have to keep their eyes closed in case any gets in as it stings, does the same apply, or do you let the latex fill the eye and risk an explosion (champagne cork - POP!)at the time of release?
Does the machine come with a 'flacidity/turgidity' and a voice activated commentary "YOU ARE TOO SOFT, NO LATEX FOR YOU, COME BACK, ONE YEAR"?
