New MP in Paseo Colon very elegant

Right now I am in a new MP that has just opened in Paseo Colon the is the most elegant MP I have ever been in. It is very large, big beds, a large living room. kitcjen where you can get drinks, lockers for your valuables and one of the rooms is even a reall sex room complete with the swing for sex, handcuffs, etc. Only seeing one chica right now but if she is any indication, WOW !!!!

Prices are $35 for 1-2 hour and $45 for 1 hour.

Location is: from the Pizza Hut on Paseo Colon go north 1 block, then west 1/2 block. On your left is a large yellow house-building. There is a gate to the parking garage area for 2 cars with a bell. Ring the bell and enter thru the parking area. If you are coming in your car, call 15 minutes ahead and you can park inside the garage.

The phone # is 8303 25 82. The direction if driving is AV 1 y Calle 28 y 30, middle of the block on the south side.

As of a couple weeks ago, the prices posted on TicoSexo were c11,000/half-hour and c15,000/hour. I wonder if this is another dual pricing situation. :? :? :?

I was looking forward to checking the place out--and probably still will.

I am suppose to return tomorrow with camera to take a few fotos which I will post here. The name if the place is 'CLUB EXTASIS" anf the guy running the place is Minor.

As for the price, I to am a little concerned about the "gringo price". He originally said c20000 for 1 hour then when he realized there were 2 gringos with me he started only talking in dollars and saying $35 and $45. OH, and El Tranquilo, you are correct that the Ticosexo site quoted prices of c11000 and c15000, and that is what kind of supprised me when he said c20000.

He is still in the process of hiring chicas, but the 2 I saw today were (even with my bad eyes) both very doable. I was just very impressed with the rooms and facilities--way above anything else in Costa Rica.

Actually Coca Cola bus stop is between C16 and C18 so technically it is 5 and 1/2 blocks west of the Coca Cola bus stop, thou C26 does not exist between Paseo Colon and AV. 1. : :

Does this new MP have air conditioning like New Fantasy? Air conditioning
makes a big difference to me as do not like to sweat much. For that price they should have air conditioning. Thanks for finding this place for all of us!!!! Cant wait to try it on next trip.

To be honest, I did not thnk about air conditioning. I live here and have become, I gues you could say, acclimatized. In 2 and 1/2 years I have not once felt the need for air nor heat in the San Jose area. Sure a few times I have gotten hot and sweety during a very energetic session, but, hell, I thought that was just part of having great sex :? :roll: :wink: . If it is really good, I get hot and sweety even in air conditioning :!: :

I just talked to Minor. He appears to be dedicated to providing a quality experience and would like the support of CRT members.

With that in mind, the prices will be c12000 per half hour and c16000 per hour. The facilities are considerably better than the other places in the Paseo Colon area.

Unfortunately, I got there a little early in the day and none of the chicas had arrived yet. Que lastima!
