NRG tables

Does anyone have/had/know someone who has a NRG table?
I got a Karma a month back and so far I love it, but the problem Im facing is that it doesnt come with a manual and the website is completly unhelpful (every link I click on leads to massagewarehouse.com)
The Karma has a feature called "shiatsu release cables" which is the reason I bought the thing.
Can anyone lend a helping hand?

Yes, I have the chi table. No problems. I had a time adjusting the face cradle, but I finally figured that out. I would also suggest calling massage warehouse. They have great customer service.

That's too bad. I always assumed it was just a matter of unhooking cables under the table so that it would lie flat on the floor! It should be simple...why can't manufacturers just make things SIMPLE? lol....

Unhooking the cables should allow it to lie flat on the floor. Normally the tables HAVE to either be standing or folded, because of the cables. With the shiatsu release cables, the table should open without the legs coming down. Yep, unhook the cables! I haven't seen it, though, so I can't tell you how they unhook. A good look underneath should reveal it, hopefully. Good luck! Let us know what you find!

Ok, I looked at the body where the cables hook up to the legs. Its tough to decribe but it looks like the wire can be unscrewed with alittle time and effort. Im not sure if Im doing it right because it feels like this wasnt ment as a function of the table, more like how it was put together.
I think I should called NRG or massagewarehouse on this.

Are you sure you have the karma? This is a karma:

Does your table have a name on it that says "Karma?"

According to the descriptions of the NRG Karma and the NRG Chi, the Karma has the SRC's, but the Chi doesnt. The Karma also has reiki end plates, while the Chi doesnt.

Make sure you have the right table. The Karma is more expencive than the Chi by $60.

This came to mind because you said it didnt come with a manual, and I imagine paperwork which came with your table would say which table it was.

I bought it off he section that says Karma, and thats what is on my invoice, and how much I payed.
I looked at the table and it does have Reiki panels.
Plus I compaired the massagewarehouse picture of the karma and the chi and my table looks like the karma (you can see the diffrence)

Im definetly gonna say its the Karma, but my original point still stands: it doesnt look like it has it.
Im gonna try to remember to call massagewarehouse on monday and Im gonna look up another student in my school who is selling their karma.

Oh hey, its been awhile but I figured it out!

I found out that what I was doing was mostly correct, except for instead of unscrewing, you just pulled.

I gave the table a try on the ground and it wasnt really that great. It had more more cushoning then my mat and it did have a face peice (the aroma cup becomes unusable when on the ground btw) but it was kinda small and I couldnt really rest my leg on the side without it slipping off.
