Once again, HFH directions please

I posted this a while ago, didn;t get specific directions.
I'm not from around T.O so I can't ollow that stupid map.
If I take hwy 400 North, then get off at highway 7, do I go east or West. Then where do I go. Someone, please, I'm in desperate need of Jackie's touch.

Go west on hwy 7 to pine valley and then south to strada ( first street on the left ) It's in the strip mall on the your left as you approach rowntree dairy.

dog if you're not from around T.O., as you say, then you need a good map. MapArt or Perley's at most good Crappy Tires, gas stations and newsstands.

PS: Quoting from "that stupid map":
10 Strada Drive, Unit #8 in Woodbridge, Ontario.
If you are travelling up (northbound) Highway 400, take the Hwy 7 exit and turn left (westbound). Go to Pine Valley Drive and turn left (southbound) once again. One block down is Strada, turn left (eastbound). We are at the end of the block, on your left hand side.
