One hour or 30 minutes?

I generally like to book for one hour long massage sessions because I truly enjoy good unrushed massages. It seems however than most one hour long massages actually last somewhat less than that; it's more like 45 minutes. Today, one MP gave me a great massage (wiht great finish) but concluded it after 35 minutes because of double booking...! While she refunded me some on my money, she nevertheless hurried me out of the room...

So, I would like to have some feedback on this: Am I a fool to book and pay for one hour? How much shorter than 30 min can a 30 minutes massage be? Do I get nearly the same thing at a higher price? Do MPs prefer shorter massages because they make most of their money from tips?

The places that I go to all offer the full amount of time as promised, sometimes even a little more. I have experienced places where they promise an hour, andthe start the HJ at around the 30 minute mark and your out the door in about 40 - 45 minutes. Ever notice that these indies or salons do not last long.
