That still doesn't excuse it. I took my money elsewhere, the fact of the matter is I got screwed (dupped by a schill post on the other board) when this place first opened, and I decided that with what I was hearing here that maybe I was wrong and it needed a second chance. At least they should have given me a raincheck for a free massage, as I had a schedule and had to be somewhere else after.

At the very least somekind of incentive to go back, but nothing of the sort.
