Two women came forward saying that 59-year-old Feng Chen, who called himself "Lucas," touched them inappropriately at his Woodstock massage clinic.
PORTLAND, Ore. — Police suspect that a Portland massage therapist accused of sex abuse may have had other victims prior to his arrest this week.
According to the Portland Police Bureau, officers spoke on Jan. 9 with a woman who said she'd had a message in October 2024 at Flydream Massage on Southeast Woodstock Boulevard from a man who introduced himself as "Lucas." The woman said that the therapist had touched her inappropriately during the massage.
Just over a week later, on Jan. 19, officers spoke with a second woman who reported being touched "in a sexual manner" by a therapist named Lucas at the same business, also in October 2024.
A third victim reported being touched inappropriately by the same man, Portland police said, though the incident happened in Washington County instead of at the Portland location.
After investigating the claims, PPB said they discovered that "Lucas" was actually Feng Chen, 59, of Portland. Officers with the McMinnville Police Department arrested Chen this week before he was taken to the Multnomah County Detention Center and booked on three counts of third-degree sexual abuse.
Portland police said they chose to release Chen's booking photo because detectives believe there may be more victims. Any victims or people with information about the case are asked to contact. Acting Detective Michael Stevens at Michael.Stevens@police.portlandoregon.gov and reference case number 25-7363.
Chen was arraigned on Wednesday. Court documents show he's been ordered to have no contact with the three alleged victims and may not perform massages for money. His bail was set at $5,000.
