A little late on the intel but it will come in handy for the next time down their. I found a wild place in puerto plata called cristal's spent a few nights their and found so good bars a few blocks from where i was at had some very nice women.

Grab a taxi and pay 20-25 and tell them to "take me to Sosua!"
Sosua is ground zero for chicas and it is 15 minutes away.
Stay at the New Garden or Terre Linde, unless you have a very limited budget. Then there are plenty of cheaper options.
95% of any girl you see will be up for P4P. Just ask.
if you are a first timer they will know and try to jack up asking prices. They remember everyone. Act like you have been there before
Try for 500-1000 for afternoon ST
Try for 1000-2000 for Todo le noche
If they realize you are a first timer, no hope of getting those prices.
Also make sure all your valuables are in the safe. These girls are gangster and you never know what sticky fingers might grab.
