Interesting talk show with Davis the other day. Their was about a 15 segment about the amps. He talked about how the city of Dallas had really dropped the ball in getting rid of them. He talked about how after 10 years if the city was trying to shut them down they would have. He believes they will be shut down not by the Dallas Police but by the citizens of Dallas. He also discussed how it is becoming a weekly Dallas City Counsel topic. It appears by the people he has interviewed, religious groups and family organizations that the city of Dallas will not do anything until the people put pressure on them. One religious group stated that they are planning a organized demostration against the amps sometime in july and will invite all the media including CNN to cover the event. They believe that this will bring a lot of attention and force the governor of Texas to do something about it. One group interviewed stated they were tired of asking the governor to deal with this problem and the reply back is always "we know we have a problem in dallas and houston and are working with the fbi and immigation to reslove it. The matters take time". It sounded like to me another governor full of BS.
