I know of one more MP in EP, though i have not gone, it is called "Extreme Fantasy" at
11790 Gateway Boulevard E, El Paso, TX 79927-7709 . I have it from a good source that it is an MP. I plan on trying it some time soon, and as soon as i do, i'll put up a review.
