EPPD and Chief Greg Allen pretty much don't care. If you note none of the big busts in recent months, either in the hobby or involving drugs or the local gangs, has involved the EPPD. Most are EPSO and I expect that you will see Kyoto busted nearer the election as Wiles ramps up his campaign, assuming he has an opponent. The other possibility would be the feds if they prove that Kyoto is involved in human trafficking.
