Sorry for your bad experience: seems like you even didn't get for what you paid for, i.e. massage itself.
p.s. However, if you look at their backpage ad, they never mention massage: just heat therapy (beans) and aroma therapy.

I had a very mediocre experience there, it is interesting that the bean bag routine is strictly a SA thing and several of the spas here do it, you won't find bean bags in Dallas or Houston.

That bean-bag routine screems cheezy, low-brow establishment where you can bet they'll charge you for an hour and have you out of there in 30 minutes or less. Heck, that's what I thought that new movie '30 minutes or less' was about.
