That is correct, story in San Marcos Daily Record 8-14-11 states that a joint operation of Guadalupe Sheriff and ICE busted Rainbow Thursday night (8-11?) Says they arrested two persons, both Korean.

Lots of Federal Agencies have regional offices in Seguin. Of course ICE wants to be involved if/when there is a high profile case in the county every decade or so. They get to have their name in the paper. As with all these type of busts no federal charges are ever generated, just publicity so they can pretend to justify their existence. As ICE spends their time investigating naturalized tax paying US citizens no telling how many illegal aliens pass through the county unhindered. Your tax dollars at work.
