Every once in a while, everybody's number comes up for a bad session. However, I would say there is no excuse for what happened to you.

That's why i do the call ahead. It's hard to get the force-feed when you call and actually have the leverage to go in or not.

Too bad you had this experience....the only bad experience I had at Jade was a double-booking, mama apologized, I left and came back later in the day. Since then, it's been made up to me in spades.
