I too am curious about the changes to Viva. I am taking a break from Spas for the time being, trying to get references established to see a certain provider, but I always like to know of my options!

I didn't like 8 spa, but it was a long time ago when I went.

I tried Viva once on a cold saturday morning this last February, f-ing tightwads won't turn on the heat. A massage + in the cold is not good, plus the massage ended at the + after only 40 minutes, I only tipped an Andy and was told "I will remember you",

I replied "yeah, I will remember you!".
