SALT LAKE CITY — A Salt Lake man was charged Thursday with inappropriately touching a woman while giving her a massage.
Scott Phister, 55, is charged in 3rd District Court with two counts of forcible sexual abuse, a second-degree felony.
A woman told police she went to Hibiscus Springs Spa, 446 E. 500 South, in August to get a massage. During her session, the woman’s masseur, Phister, inappropriately touched her several times despite being told “no” and “stop” by the woman, according to charging documents.
“You're not going to tell anyone, right?” Phister asked the woman, the charges state. He also allegedly told the woman he “just wanted to make her feel good.”
A $100,000 warrant was issued Thursday for Phister’s arrest.
