A two-month investigation by Reedley police resulted in a prostitution arrest at a massage parlor, Reedley police report.

Reedley police were assisted by the Fresno Police Department’s vice unit on Monday and arrested one woman on a count of misdemeanor prostitution.

Jiang Bing, 48, of Anaheim, was cited and released from police custody following her arrest Monday at the Asian Massage & Health Center in the 1300 block of I Street in Reedley.

The investigation started after concerned residents told police about unusual business practices, police reports say.

Reedley Police detectives were able to confirm those activities when they found a website promoting prostitution at the business.

On Monday, after employing several investigative tactics, detectives used a Fresno Police Department decoy who solicited an act of prostitution.

Additional evidence was found exposing additional prostitution was occurring at the business.

City code enforcement officers also found numerous code violations and the business was closed.
