She stayed and chatted with me after her friends left, is she interested in me?

I was with a group of 3 other people, 2 of them I knew, but I didn't know the girl. Whenever we were in the group she would completely ignore me, as if I didn't exist. The 2 people I knew left, but she stayed and talked to me. She stayed with me( We were at a track meet) and she talked to me(asking what grade/age i was). She seemed interested, but left because her friend forced her to go to the snack bar with her. Previous to this, she had been staring at me from distance, more of a blank stare. This chat happened about 4 months ago. She seemed like she wanted to talk more and seemed a little upset that she had to leave. After this chat, she still glanced at me during school. About a week before this, my friend noticed her discreetly checking me out. About a month after this chat, a friend of mine (a girl, who's friends with her) asked her if she stared at me, and she denied it. She stopped staring at me after this, but about 2 months ago, when Cross County started, she started glancing at me again.This past week, I noticed something different from all the glancing at each other. While stretching, I looked up, and she looked up at the same time and our gazes met. I think both of us were caught off guard by this, because she immediately looked down, said something to her friend, and smiled. Her friend then started watching me for the rest of the practice. Usually, when we are in a huddle,( we have a lot of people on the team and in the huddle) I noticed she takes quick glances at me. This really came to my attention about 3 days ago, when in a huddle as usual, she looked like she was looking for somebody (she was sitting with her friends already and I was on the other side of the huddle with no one in between us) and when she saw me she looked at me quickly and immediately looked down (I was looking around and noticed this). I looked away from her for the rest of the time, but out of my peripheral vision I saw her look at me once or twice. Today morning, while at practice, we were in a circle around the coach, and I was on a raised area of ground, and she looked at me and smiled really quick and looked away. She then looked at me again a few seconds later. Does this mean she likes me, or is creeped out?
