COVINGTON, La. —
Two employees of a massage parlor in Covington were arrested in March after an undercover operation found that the women were providing erotic massages to customers, officials said.

Cuiling Wang, 51, and Xiaohong Miao, 48, were arrested March 14 on charges of sexual conduct prohibited during massages, the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office said Monday.

Investigators said the Sheriff's Office was notified of illegal activity at the Chinese Health Spa on Highway 21 in Covington.

The Sheriff's Office's Narcotics Task Force and Homeland Security investigators conducted an undercover investigation and found that Wang and Miao, two massage therapists, were giving erotic massages to some of their customers, officials said.

Officials said Wang and Miao are from China, but have been legally living in the U.S. Both listed the health spa as their home address.

Wang and Miao were taken to the St. Tammany Parish Jail and were released on bond.

The Louisiana Board of Massage Therapy and St. Tammany Parish Code Enforcement were notified of the illegal activities at the business, the Sheriff's Office said.
