If you are within walking distance of a Parlour that is open today, or can take the metro to/from without having much reason to go outdoors, snowdays serve as great days to bargain down the girls on the options because they will have ZILCH/NIL/NADA in the way of customers....so $20 for a BBBJ is better than $0.
