Official policy of various Italian Municipalities recognized the need for prostituti as a necessary evil. Various Italian edicts describe that specific garbs the prostitues were required to wear. I can cite proclamations from the 1200 here if other "experts" want to take the European discussion format back 800 years! The Dutch dynamic is based on private property rights. There is not much illegal in Netherlands that is not to some degee TOLLERATED! Bannish the thought that sex 4 $ will ever end- controlled yes. Can you name another place where smoking pot is legal? If the spirit of HOLLAND would spread to USA/Mex. it would be GREAT! Mexico is the opposite of say TEXAS where 1 out of 10 is a "public safety" employee- in Mexico its like 1 out of 10 is invlovd in some type of VICE. I forgot the name of that guy from that large cable company out west. I should remember, because I had their cable service, before I turned to satellite, and boy they use to rip me off, and for being so righteous he still allowed some porn on their cable, by tried to limit it in some places, or offer the real porn at very high prices.

I hate that chessy porn they have on cable TV, and I can't tell if they are really fucking or not, does anybody know, does anybody care? And if you want the real stuff, you have to pay $ 10.99 where I live, and would never pay that.

I'm not a big porn guy, as I rather make my own porn with a chica upstairs, but if I wanted to watch it, I'd turn to the free stuff. Surprisenly I found out about "youporn' watching Fox news, they said it was the biggest free porn site out there getting millions of hits a day, but if I'm going to watch free porn, I'd check out "redtube' better, the movies are very good quality, making anybody feel pretty stupid for actually pay for porn at $29 dollars a month or whatever they charge.

These free sites sure beat the hell our of guys trying to jack off to those 30 second trailers off paid sex sites.

Red-light district licenses required

Amsterdam, famed for its red light prostitution district, on Wednesday gave escort services six weeks to apply for official city licenses.

Well, I don't quite recall the names of the US evangelists right now, the heads of the super churches, but how about them?

I also recall, not a spirutual leader, but a business leader, the owner of one of the biggest regional cable enterprises, that would not carry XXX channels cause he said it was inmoral.
I think he was an example used by many, how a respectable man deplores filth...

She is right when she mentions Provida (ProLife).
No one dared back talk to Provida for a long time cause they were backed by the Church... but in the mid 90's they lost momentum due to our version of the Russian Perestroika, or an openess to new things instead of sticking to the old.

I was part of a townhall meeting in Monterrey, Mx (run by el PAN) dealing with stripclubs, massage parlors and prostitution per se back in the year 2000.

They tried to push that prostitution was illegal all over the world... of course we bombarded them with countries that had legalized prostitution...
NOW (aka as today) they can counter that with what is going on in Netherlands.

Plus, human trafficking, and prostitution of minors.... everytime they bring the subject of prostitution, those always are brought up.

That's the link you refuse to get through you, cause you are only thinking as a user... I think, partialy, as someone that know how our country is run...

I'm not sure how there could be a connection between the two, completely different situations. The main reason why the Netherlands are pushing window prostitution out of the city center (don't believe that they are actually getting rid of it, that is just media spin) is because it is prime real estate that could generate more tourism and taxes with massageplanetes and stores.

The Zona on the other hand is probably one of the few steady sources of tourist dollars in TJ now, and is basically a shithole so is not likely to be turned into a gentrified plaza for tourists and wealthy Mexicanos. It would just be a druggy slum with undergound prostitution.

Just took a little day trip to TJ. Found 95% of the SG to be very unappealing.
