This may seem like a stupid question but i'm new to all of this and i've never been to one before. Do you get a massage with a HJ or do you actually have sex?

It can vary a LOT Reviewom parlour to parlour... but the most common parlour people seem to talk about on here are the ones where you have full sex... your best bet for what kinds of things could happen, have a look at some of the reviews on here and on mp.netnet... you can find some farily detailed ones, and some that may be a little too detailed (http://mp.netchat.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=23018) just make sure that you NEVER expect a WG to offer everything sexually possible... depending on their personal tastes as well as how comfortable they feel with the mp.net/on the day as well as many other factors, what a lady is willing to offer can change (hence extra's are pretty much always at the ladies discretion... in fact I think it'll be hard to find any lady that offers any extra unconditionaly)

you walk in and if you haven't already pre-booked (depending on the parlour), you choose a girl you want to go with.

After that you are shown to the room and usually a few minutes later the girl joins you.

I find, if the girl hasn't seen you before , she will offer a back massage. I would suggest taking this offer. Within 2 or 3 minutes she'll move the massage down and between your legs, giving your balls a bit of a tickle.
