Stafford Commonwealth's Attorney Eric Olsen said in an interview that the Sheriff's Office asked him to put forward the ordinance because state law does not explicitly prohibit so-called โ€œhappy-endingโ€ massages. Virginia law prohibits offering money in ...
 
Thank you for that. I never knew that Virginia had such a loophole. I have gotten a couple happy endings but always figured it was illegal.

Now that I know, I need to get out more. Anyone have links or AMP lists for Virginia-Maryland (Fredericksburg to Frederick). I appreciate any recommendations. I do not want to give the police any help in pestering these professional masseuses so happy to PM!
