Hi there
A couple of people who I've massaged recently have said that they've been quite stiff the next day - I'm aware that it's normal to be a bit stiff after and I do advise clients to do some stretching exercises if they experience it just to get the blood flowing. It got me thinking though - do you think there might be something I'm doing wrong or is there something I can do to help minimise the likelihood of stiffness the next day? (I've only been qualified for about 3 months)
