IMO
If there are bad experiences, let's warn others.
If the person being reviewed wants privacy then respect their privacy and leave her name out.
If there are too much fun to be had (i.e. beyond what should be had) , then leave out the details, but let us know you had a pleasant experience with where and who so that for those who really want to try can find out themselves. I rather see a post with name and location, good or bad experience, sans the details. Without a location or name it is sometime hard. As an example: Someone said "I had a great time with an oriental girl at the EBC area." Well. Thanks. That narrows it down to say, almost all the spas in that area.
I think the posting guide lines are a reminder... like all things use common sense. As you mentioned, people who have been around KNOWS without going into too much details.
I also goes to the spa you mentioned and have a regular MPA there. That is why I want to know who so if I want to try I can call in in advance to minimize "run in" situation. Face it everyone (incl. the MPA) wants to feel that they are special and nothing like "relationship" going sour.
