The art of the tease...who's the best?

I am looking to find an MPA who understands the art of teasing.
In particular, the ability to tease while I am still lying on my stomach. The best I've ever had was a few years ago by a fine lady named Jessica at Markham Oasis. She would literally have my writhing with ecstacy. She knew how to press all the buttons and again, this was all while I was still on my stomach. It was an amazing experience and I have yet to find anyone who came close to her talents. I am finding this type of talent hard to find and come by. Would welcome any suggestions.
