Of course only those who have gone MIA (a.k.a retired) can be inducted. I'm sure someone will do the honours to induct June of Asian Palace to the HALL OF FAME.. I won't because i never had the pleasure to see her...

I think the first member of the Massage Hall of Fame should rightfully be Julia Massage. Julia did afterall invent massages in 1834, hence the name massage. The second inductee should be Juan Carlos Bodyslide. The man who came up with the idea of bodysliding back in 1963.
