Choosing an MP/MPA

1. Do your homework before choosing a spa and girl. Most spas operate similarly but each of them has a slightly different culture. Some spas the girls tend to be very strict with what mileage they allow while at other spas the girls might be more relaxed. However, there's always exceptions to the rule: some girls may allow less at a high mileage place and vice versa. When looking at reviews for girls you will want a good general idea of: how accurate their pictures are, what sort of service they provide, the vibe they give off during the session, their personality, whether or not she provides extras, how much she charges for extras, what time is the best to see her and how well she performs with the services she offers.

2. Check spa websites for hours, schedules, and standard rates, and check on review boards to get a good idea of what to expect to pay for extras if you want to go down that route. For 30-45 minutes you can reasonably expect to pay anywhere between $120-180 at a typical licensed spa. On review boards you can get a good general idea of standard rates for extras. In Toronto standard extra rates are typically $50 for BJ and $100 for FS. Prices will of course vary greatly.

3. Beware of fake reviews, shills, and shit talkers. There are a lot of reviews here that are shilling a bad MPA to look good, giving fake information about what extras are offered, or smear reviews over some personal grudge. As a general rule you can trust reviews that are more recent, multiple in number, and have consensus.

4. With all girls and spas, YMMV. The reviews can only tell you so much but the only surefire way to know for sure if a girl is good or not is to visit her yourself and have a session with her. At the end of the day everyone has an opinion and it's ultimately subjective: a girl some other guy hates might end up being one of your all time favorites.


Before going an appointment

1. Once you know who you want to see, call the spa and book her. Make sure to pick a time that you know will work best for you, if you book in advance call the day of to confirm, and if you can't make it to your appointment call the spa to cancel. If you'd like to make an outfit request (i.e. schoolgirl, sexy nurse, etc) this is a good time to ask. You can give a fake name if you like, just make sure you remember it.

2. Before going to a spa make sure you look and smell presentable. Cut your nails, shave/trim your facial hair and pubes, wear deodorant, don't have greasy hair, etc. Dressing up is optional but not necessary since you won't need your clothes anyway. No need to go overboard, just don't look/smell like a hobo.

3. Bring cash and make sure you bring enough for your session and any extras you expect to be paying for.

4. Bring a few condoms with you, especially if you plan to do extras. The girls might have some on hand but never hurts to have some of your own.

5. Plan ahead and aim to arrive a little earlier than your scheduled appointment (maybe 5-15 minutes). Say hi to the receptionist, tell her the name you booked under and who you're there to see, and pay the fee. You may have to wait for a little while but eventually the receptionist will lead you to a room, tell you to shower, and leave you to it.

During your appointment

1. Once you're in the room take your clothes off and take a shower. Thoroughly wash your body, especially your junk, and when you're done dry off thoroughly and wait for the MPA to arrive. She'll typically take around 10 minutes to show up, and remember the clock doesn't start until she walks in, so take your time in the shower if need be and relax.

2. When she comes in get acquainted with her. If you're unsure what she's comfortable with, ask her and let her take the lead. Typically by this point they'll lead you to the table, start massage you and slowly start undressing. Eventually they'll tell you to turn over and that's when the fun begins (sometimes they just skip the massage). Use the massage/greeting time as an opportunity to find out what kind of service(s) she offers.

3. If negotiating extras, let her know your budget and what you're willing to pay and agree on a price. If you don't have the money for what she's offering be upfront about it, and don't accept any extras you are not willing to pay for.

4. Be respectful and don't be a goof, self explanatory.

5. The session "ends" when you cum, but if there's enough time and depending on the girl you may even be able to go for a round two, or a round three!

After your appointment

1. Shower, wash any oil, residue, lube, bodily fluids, etc off your body and your junk, get dressed and say goodbye to your MPA. Tip her any agreed amount for extras if you haven't already, or if you just plain feel like it.

2. If the receptionist asks how the appointment was let her know. Do be honest but don't go into more detail than necessary (especially about extras). If the appointment was a good one, say it was good and you had a good time. If you had a bad time then say you didn't really enjoy yourself, but make sure you have a good reason. Good reasons to complain about: girl was rude to you, girl had a bad attitude, she was too rough, she had bad hygiene, she was obviously too drunk/high etc. Bad reasons: Girl was giving you attitude because you were being a disrespectful goof, you're salty that she didn't give you anal for free, etc.

3. Write an honest review about your experience.

General Advice

1. Know your budget and stay within it. This is not a cheap hobby and it can add up very fast. It's super easy to drain your bank account if you're not careful.

2. Keep this hobby as separate from your real life as possible, and have something else going on. You should only use it as a means to treat yourself, nothing more. Don't get addicted and take a break if you need to. Let what happens in the spa stay in the spa.

3. Always, always, always use condoms and never do BBFS. Get checked for diseases regularly. Working girls are in general much safer than a regular girl you'd hook up with from a bar/club/Tinder/Ashley Madison/etc since their livelihood depends on their sexual health, but it's always best to be safe from your end.

4. Be clean, be respectful, and don't be a goof. The girls and the receptionists talk to each other, word can easily spread to different spas, and if you get a bad reputation then you will get bad service or even blacklisted. Remember, you make their job easier they'll do a better job.

5. When negotiating she might even accept gifts instead of payment, but its best to know ahead of time. Some girls will appreciate if you bring them booze, weed, a gift card from their favourite store, chocolates, etc. I've even grabbed takeout for the girls a couple times after a session.

6. Sometimes you might get lucky and get discounted or even free extras, especially if you're a regular. Don't kiss and tell if you get free extras.

7. Most importantly, NEVER fall in love or catch feelings for a working girl. At the end of the day to them you are a customer and they are providing you with a service you paid for. Many girls appreciate having you as a customer, and sometimes they might even genuinely enjoy your company, but keep in mind it's because they like having you as a customer.

I only really go to licensed spas like Premier, Seduction, Muse, Flirt, etc so this mostly applies to that.

*If you are not sure which girl to see, ask for a line up. If they refuse, you walk unless you are really interested. Remember you are the customer not them. You should be the one who make the choices.

Call the spa ahead to listen to the voice of the person on the other end . Sometimes the voice you hear dictates how old the girls work there. If they sound impatient, then you will expect shitty services.
