To All GPS users

Greetings to all,

I've been peruser of this site for quite some time, and have made use of everyone's great comments when "on the prowl". Well, this time, I've decided I need to make a contribution to the group.

Being a computer geek and avid GPS user, I've been working on a file with custom points of interests from my device. I thus far have about 100 parlours and about 60 independents tallied for. (If all this is being over the heads of some people... sorry... you don't know what you're missing until you get a GPS and can see on your map every massage parlour in the city while driving.)

Anyway, my 2 question are thefollowing: have anyone else attempted this, and would anyone else be interested in what I've been working on?

I have my regular watering holes, and am happy to stick with them, althogh I have not had much of a chance to get out there since not really in Montreal for the past few months.

But the idea will assuredly please a few of our members.

That,s an interesting idea but I would suggest that we here at MM have a map made up with the streets in Montreal,Laval and South Shore showing all the massage parlors in these areas.That way we know exactly where we are going to go for our next appointement.A group that I just happen to know of ,costaricaticas.com made a map of the city(San Jose,Costa Rica) showing where each massage place was located for it's members.Is there any feedback on this idea out there ?

I've seen maps like that on eforum.xxx, but they've always been out of date. Sure, it would be great to have a good map.

I initially meant a map on a GPS, though a physical map can be of use too. My file can be opened by Google Earth to show on the island of montreal every parlour. All the places are thumbnailed.

I'm just not sure how to make the file accessible to everyone here. I'm open to suggestions.

A public map on Google Maps would do the job great, and allow everyone easy access to the information...

you can create maps on Google Maps if you have a Gmail account and make the map public.

Somebody attempted to do something like that in Ottawa, but the map is badly out of date. They are somehow overlaying massage places over a Google map of Ottawa.
