An update on my injury. The bruise is finally gone and things are almost normal. It seems I injured the carriage cartilidge a bit and there is still a slight bump over the pubic bone and there is a new scrap of hard cartiledge or something at the dase of my penis when I have a hard on. It sticks out a tiny bit but doesn't hurt.
