The Twin Falls Police Department continued its crackdown on prostitution after serving search warrants Tuesday at three massage parlors in the city.
Last August, warrants were served at four other massage parlors in the city and four people were charged.
Perfect Massage sits empty on Aug. 26 in Twin Falls. Several massage parlors were raided earlier the same day.

In Tuesdayโs actions, which began at 10:30 a.m., Twin Falls police officers, with assistance from the Twin Falls County Sheriffโs Office, Jerome County Sheriffโs Office and Idaho State Police, executed simultaneous search warrants at Angel Massage, in the 1000 block of Blue Lakes Boulevard North; Therapeutic Massage, in the 1100 block of Blue Lakes Boulevard North; and Jasmine Massage, in the 700 block of Falls Avenue, according to a news release from the Twin Falls police Department.
An FBI translator and a victim witness coordinator from the Twin Falls Police Department were also on scene to assist.
During the operation, Xiuying Guan was cited for misdemeanor procurement of prostitution but the police department said the investigation is ongoing and additional charges may be forthcoming, the release said.
The search warrants are part of a long-term investigation conducted by the Twin Falls Police Department and Twin Falls County Sheriffโs Office joint Special Investigations Unit, the release said.
โI want to reiterate what I said after the massage parlor warrants we served last August," Twin Falls Police Chief Craig Kingsbury said. "The City of Twin Falls is a family-friendly community and businesses that traffic human beings for sexual purposes will not be tolerated here.โ
The massage parlors involved in the August search warrants are Perfect Massage, 529 Addison Ave. W.; Dragon Massage, 1330 Addison Ave. E.; Massage 404, 404 Second Ave. E.; and Sunflower Day Spa, 1296 Addison Ave. E.
Three people, two women and one man, face multiple felonies related to prostitution, while another woman, Gaili Xing, while initially facing more serious charges, pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace, records say.
The one male suspect faces five additional felonies, including interstate trafficking in commercial sexual activity,
Xing told police in August that she found a job in China over the internet so she could support her three children and was taken to the U.S., records say, and that she didnโt know who her boss was and was rotated out of various massage parlors.
Thomas Kershaw, the presiding judge when Xing made her initial court appearance, said she was possibly โas much a victim as anyone else, perhaps more so."
A judge on Monday will hear a motion to dismiss charges against Limon Xu, records say, while a jury trial is set for March for Salon Kahn, being held on $300,000 bond. Another woman, Lan Wang, has an entry of plea set for March.
