Mods, I am computer challenged but would like to apply for credit to premium for reviews. Unfortunately, I am not sure about what you mean by include URL. Is that my email address. Sorry, I just don't know a lot of this.

not really all that complicated, but what you really need to know is, in your review, include the web address of the provider you saw, such as:

http://www.hanaofdallas.com/Home.html

that is a url. and it is required, if available, to qualify your review for premium access. sometimes. there is a field in the review template for
URL / Website:

that is what they are referring to. and nobody wants your email address in a review.
