What are the by-laws in Toronto?

Got a week and a law degree? Actually, I believe they vary by city (or town, or county or however you Canadians diffentiate between Vaughn and Richmond Hill and Markham), so there is no consistent set of rules to memorize.
 
The whole thing is such a mess...

I am not a lawyer, but most of the LE problems faced in the MP business tend to be involved with complaints, politicians, immigration and underage attendants.

When was the last time you heard of an attendant acutally convicted of something??

Paul of IT probably has a much better idea of what goes on in general with respect to this issue.
