So, I'm really over guys trying to get with me by saying ' Hey cutie', 'you're hot!', 'Hi sexy'.
They don't even know me and just because they think i look good they are trying to 'chat me up' by giving me these cheap cliche remarks. I'm 18 now and i don't want to be talked to like that. Even though it's a complement and take it as then not respecting woman or something.
A guy just called me cute and i just said 'please don't call me that, but thanks'. Then he said ' you don't like being called that?'. I don't know what to say, and i know this is going to come up quite a bit, so i need to work out how i am going to respond to this.
I don't want to say all what i said in my first paragraph ( the truth bluntly i guess), though i want them to know how i feel. So what do i say to these boys? I'm stumped.
I don't want to say something incredibly uncaring like " respect woman, i don't like being 'chatted up' cheaply cliche like that". Too harsh, i can't accuse them for really chatting me up yet.
Please help
