What exactly does the Employee Free Choice Act Introduce?

I've been trying to conduct research on this Act, but the problem is that everything I find is a biased article so I don't really understand what it is exactly that the Employee Free Choice Act includes and what it changes. If you could, please include all the parts to it and not just the card check.

They can also force a Union if enough people will sign a card saying they want it. Don't even need a vote(secret or not). This is bad because A) the Unions can force themselves(yeah I know they won't, just like the Teamsters didn't) and B) The EMPLOYERS will know(that should thrill the Union people to realize that). Then you have the joke about how collective bargaining will be be set up. If an agreement isn't reached fast enough then the Govt gets to set up a contract for what like a year or two for the original contract(can't remember how long it is). It's not follow the same rules, or a 30-90 day contract to give time, no it's more of a long term thing.

It will force the employees of a company to vote in public if they want a union or not. No more secret ballots, like when we vote for President or everything else in America.

The unions want to know who they have to intimidate into joining the union.

What their reasons are to rationalize this I don't know. Something vague about how it will keep the corporations from intimidating the employees. I have no idea about their logic, but that's what happens when Socialists try to rationalize socialism; it's hard to make it sound good.
