What is the music video of someone (a boy or a girl) talking to somebody on

MSN chat at the very beginning? The music video starts off with somebody talking to someone else on MSN chat and then the song starts. Every time I hear the little noise that it makes I think of the music video, yet I don't know what song it is. Please help :}
