Why did the Pagans get so mad at me when I visited the "Pagan" room in Yahoo Chat?

I like to use Yahoo Chat sometimes and last night I visited the Pagan room. This is a chat room where Pagans cat meet and discuss Paganism and so on.

Well, I had a couple of questions for them, not being a Pagan myself, and they got really mad at me.

The questions were:

1) If you throw a bucket of water on someone who you suspect is a witch, will she melt like the witch did in The Wizard of Oz (if she is in fact a real witch)?

2) Since Jesus is the God of Christianity, and Mohammed for Islam, then isn't Count Dracula the "God" for Pagans?

They started typing in all sorts of nasy remark after I posted those two questions. Why???
