Hi folks,
I have a client who scheduled a couple times, and each time on of the major problem areas was the adductors on one side, especially the proximal attachments.
After not seeing him for several months, he scheduled an appointment and I saw him yesterday. He had a car accident a month and a half ago. Now the knee on that side has been clicking, and his chiropractor said the reason was a tight IT band.
His ITB on that side was very tender in spots. I did my best, but not sure how much progress was made.
The adductors on that site are palpably more tonic than the ones on the other side, and he reviews more pain as I work them.
Again, not sure how much real progress we made, especially given that our past sessions didn't seem to help much.
So. I'm looking for ideas. Next time I'm planning to do some Connective Tissue work with him if he can stand it. But I'm interested to hear how others would address this.
