ok so here's the deal. last night I installed Yahoo Messenger on my netbook and today my speakers no longer work. but just now i opened up a yahoo chat room through the messenger and while im in the chat room I can get sound from youtube, media player, etc. basically everything. but as soon as i close the chat window sound is gone again. ive tried closing out yahoo messenger all the way, and restarting my comp. I havent tried uninstalling it because i really want to keep yahoo messenger. anyone know of any setting that i can turn off that will fix this problem?
